2025 Ohio Annual Report due date: 6/1/2026
The 2025 Ohio Annual Report is required to be filed by any entity that was registered/licensed for any amount of time during 2025 under the General Loan Law (GLL), Consumer Installment Lending Act (CILA), Ohio Small Loan Act (OSLA), and/or Short-Term Loan Act (STLA). It only pertains to consumer (non-mortgage) lending during the 2025 calendar year: mortgage-related information is reported exclusively via the NMLS and should not be included in the 2025 Ohio Annual Report.
Tips on completing the 2025 Ohio Annual Report:
- The company will only receive email notifications for the 2025 Ohio Annual Report.
- Remember to SAVE your information every 10 minutes as you're working.
- Review the "Annual Report Guide" for helpful information and clarification.
- Complete your filing by clicking the SUBMIT button.
- For 2025 Ohio Annual Report GLL, CILA, SLA and STLA (main and branch) companies: the company must log in to the website with the eLicense User ID and company-established password, which means following different instructions than previous years:
- If the company completed the Annual Report in 2024 and is unable to locate the Password and/or User ID: review the instructions to Establish an Account, Reset Password, and Retrieve User ID.
- If the company became active during 2025: an email was sent to the company contact on file with the Division containing the User ID. Please contact the company's email address on file with the Division and request the User ID and log-in information be forwarded. After you receive the User ID, proceed with establishing an account in the eLicense center, which will establish your password for the Annual Report. When the eLicense Account has been fully established with the known User ID and Password, return to the Annual Report website at https://annualreports.com.ohio.gov.
